Rangs Electronics Limited (REL) is a leading Electronics company in Bangladesh and also a sister concern of Rangs Group of Companies. We are looking for an experienced and energetic officer to develop supply chain strategic and operating plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support current business and projected growth to communicate resource plans to gain consensus from Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchase & Logistics and Manufacturing that respond to current and expanding markets, and to develop sourcing Distribution models to determine and validate business strategies.
- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function, Standardize Process, develop SOP, planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
- Prepare annual budget and forecast based on business requirements
- Prepare Demand Planning, coordinate for on time sourcing and on-boarding of supplier
- Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.
- Formulate and develop sourcing strategies in cost effective manner.
- Oversee supply chain process & KPI’s
- Supervise planning, sourcing, procurement and logistics team to ensure end to end supply chain process
- Ensure quality procurement at competitive price
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
- Build relationships within the company and with external parties
- Maintain & update all SCM reports to concerns Department.
- Any other task assigns by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- 10 to 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
supply chain management
Additional Requirements :
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Should have skills on advance excel to generate management report.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
- Experienced in ERP system/ MNC/ Electronic Equipment/Home Appliance company will get priority
