Work to strengthened relationship between Management staff, patient and inter department support to increase working environment and encourage to achieve patient satisfaction.
Monitor the entire operation system and ensure that all are present at their scheduled post and performing their task judicially.
Supervise the daily activities of all the doctors (Medical Officers/Surgeons/ Consultants).
Supervise the day-to-day activities of all hospital related staffs for smooth running of the hospital activities.
Check the duty roster of all concern departments related to 24 hours hospital operations and ensure that staffs of all concern departments are present as per their duty roster.
Observe and monitor the cleanliness process inside the hospital premises and ensure cleanliness of the hospital.
Make an appropriate coordination and liaison with different departments to avoid any inconveniences of the hospital. Work in coordination with the Clinical Coordinator so that both can handle any situation regarding hospital.
Responsible for preparing indent of necessary equipment/materials as per need assessment and submit the same to the Director for procurement time to time.
Responsible for keeping and updating of all records and documents including the hospital license in time.
Prepare duty roster of hospital staffs (like Nurse, Ward boy, Messenger, Aya, Cleaner, Guard etc.) for smooth running of hospital activities.
Prepare daily, monthly and yearly progress reports for onward submission to concerned authorities.
Responsible for preparing business plan forecasting annual budget in consultation with doctors and management authorities and be responsible to fulfill the target as per plan of operation.
Maintain co-operation with all doctors and staffs of the hospital for healthy working environment and will be responsible for maintaining liaison with govt. officials and other stakeholders for promotions of name and fame of the hospital.
Over all responsible for all the operational & administrative activities of the Hospital.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the concerned authorities.
Educational Requirements :
MBBS/Masters Degree
MPH Degree from any recognized university would be treated as an advantage
Experience Requirements :
At least 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at most 60 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital Management: 12 to 20 years professional experience in operations and managing any government or private hospital independently.
Knowledge of appropriate health service delivery required in Bangladesh.
