Job Responsibilities :
  • Assist in the designing of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures.
  • Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need.
  • Develop, implement and oversee the recruitment process.
  • Oversee, coordinate and implement the annual employee performance reviews and evaluations
  • Employee Relations:
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • Ensure excellent working environment through effective conflict resolution and directive counseling.
  • Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
  • • To counsel the workers on general issues, like; company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
  • To maintain all kind of record keeping related to job.
  • Make awareness on productivity and quality improvement.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Leading University, Sylhet,Metropolitan University, Sylhet,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements :
  • At most 3 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :

  • Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
  • Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
