Handling employment relations issues such as grievance and employee welfare.
Supporting change management process.
Providing HR reports to the Senior Management team.
Partnering with senior operational staff including the CEO and COO, to establish and roll out a people-related strategy.
Talent management. Administering employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits.
Collaborating with other managers in the business, sometimes internationally, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
Any other job assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Law (LLM), Masters degree in any discipline
University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,Rajshahi University,Barisal University,Khulna University students will get preference
