Ensure factory/office workers/staffs recruitment, selection, and placement and maintain a pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives. Must be able to source workers for factory as required.
To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
Manage & monitor employees/workers health, safety & environmental issues in the entire office/factory premises.
Motivate & counsel to the staff regarding duties/responsibilities, job security and benefits.
Handling employee grievance and disciplinary action.
Carry out regular internal compliance audit, follow up for implementation and provide reports.
Compliance training to the workers /employees as and when required on compliance issues.
Responsible for fire drill training, first aid training, rescue training etc.
Regularly update stakeholder on changing regulation of compliance.
Lead HR process initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, organization development.
Close liaison and co-ordination with the factory, production, sales, source and accounts department.
Must be able to utilize ERP software.
Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law Code and able to guide management in the right perspective.
Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, Maintain Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards
Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement authorities and others as and when required.
Any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Masters in any Discipline.
BBA/ MBA in HRM from reputed institution are preferred.

3 to 5 year(s)
