- To monitoring Daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late Coming.
- Prepare interview schedule and assist recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare monthly vacancy list, hiring for any positions by using smart hiring process.
- Prepare training schedule arrange training as per schedule.
- To maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
- Conduct induction program twice in monthly with necessary co-ordination with logistics support.
- Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees.
- Assist to HR head to prepare monthly recruitment status/ budget, attrition rate and other HR reports with analysis.
- Coordinate with various department heads for their talent requirements.
- Coordinate to Payroll Management.
- Assist to employee joining, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and separation related and settlement issues.
- To implement the company policies/ procedures and execute any other HR related task assigned by line manager.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
- Skills Required: Administration, Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Satellite TV, IT Enabled Service
