The candidate must be capable of leading, managing & developing a team of HR professionals and have in-depth knowledge with clear understanding of HR Policy, Procedures & compliance, HR Training & Development, Grievance and Disciplinary Handling, Counseling, Employment / Labor Laws and HR best practices
- Candidates must have experience in recruitment, sourcing, training and administration.
- Follow up compensation and benefit like employee's salary & wages, increment, overtime and other incentives.
- Maintain & update daily attendance & leave management.
- Maintain official online server.
- Ability to ensure positive work environment in office for excellent output.
- Ensure that employees are punctual and sound office environment.
- Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
- Candidates must have to carry positive leadership attitude.
- Have to ensure positive work environment to run smooth office work.
- Organizational asset management.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments as well other departments as all other departments' work must be ensured.
- Analyze monthly employee work performance.
- Implement HR policies, guidelines for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation.
- Maintain relationship and communication between employee and upper level management.
- Managing the activities of security issue like CC camera and others.
- To implement other administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
- Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Fluent in English Speaking
