Job Responsibilities :
  • Promote and develop the collaboration with universities and professors.
  • Plan and manage recruitment process for onboarding the qualified staff in the team.
  • Conduct new employee orientation by introducing the Company Culture.
  • Identify and manage training and development program to achieve the company's vision.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures according to the standard.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation of State.
  • Support the management in annual salary review and promote the potential employees on the basis of Productivity measurement system
  • Monitor and Implement the corrective measures to develop performance management system.
  • Conduct exit interviews to mitigate the chances technical loophole or ambiguity.
  • Build up relationship with employees and counselling to develop their skills.
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduation or post-graduation, major in HRM / Management
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at most 26 years
  • Must have Winning Mentality.
  • Minimum 06 months in recruitment but not more than 02 years
  • Age must be below 26 years.
