- *Managing payroll preparation, deductions, payment, compiles payroll information, and completing reports and records for TechForing.
- *Ensure proper controls and procedures are in place, documented and followed for payroll management.
- *Lead and Manage attendance, absenteeism & Leave management services for all TechForing staff.
- *Analyze, design, develop, deliver and evaluate impact of employee value proposition-related initiatives
- *Monitor, follow up and ensure successful implementation of all initiatives.
- *Facilitate efficient and delightful people processes for critical moments like onboarding, job changes and offboarding.
- *Create, provide, and distribute documents, agreements, and letters as requested.
- *Maintain the HR inbox, answer questions and resolve issues. Please note that it’s okay to escalate where necessary!
- *Support the management of HRIS (SuccessFactors) regarding employee life cycle changes, ensuring these are accurate, completed timely and adhere to company procedures.
- *Help with benefits management.
- *Support HR Administration in line with Recruitment, Compliance and Legal requirements.
- *Work on implementing special global projects in-country, regionally and globally.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Operation Management,Administration.
- Skills Required: Administration, Excellent communication, Management
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
