SHUVO IT is looking for Experienced HR Professionals to perform the company`s Admin & HR Activities. HR must have in-depth knowledge to lead, manage, and develop office responsibilities. - • Keeping track of daily, monthly, and yearly attendance, leave, and overtime reports
- • Developing plans for employees' performance, motivation, compensation, and punishment actions.
- • Assisting in employee recruitment processes in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner
- • Promoting HR systems and acting as an ambassador for the company while targeting higher talent retention
- • Maintain communication & coordination among top management, executives, and departments.
- • Periodically updating the organizational grade, salary, and position matrix in coordination with the higher management
- • Observe and notify disciplinary issues by showing cause, warning, investigation/inquiry, separation, etc.
- • Building plans to grow moral relationships from company to company and company to an employee to increase productivity
- • Send and reply to important emails, proposals, notes, briefings, reports, and promotional offers to clients, employees, and concerned companies.
- • Experience in office management software such as Trello, Jeera, Webmail, MS Word, and Excel.
- • Ensuring documentation, handling personnel records, analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- • Conduct meetings with proper formality and presentation whenever needed.
- • Any other duties assigned by the management or concerned authority.
Educational Requirements :
- • Graduated from any discipline of a reputed university that portrays your skills and experience in the HR section
- • BBA/Bachelor Degree and MBA/Master's Degree in HRM/Management or relevant discipline will get priority
- • Degree will not matter if you have enough experience in the field with work records in well-known companies
- Skills Required: HR Policy, Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection, Strategic Planning
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
