Recruiting new local & international employees
Responsible for Planning, developing, updating & implementing different policies and procedures of different HR policies as per local laws, compliance.
To coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
Employee Leave Management
Monthly Payroll Management
Manpower Monthly Cost Settlement
TCN Employees Visa & Work Permit Management
and other HR related Jobs assigned by management
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management/Business Management
Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements :
1 to 3 year(s)
