• Maintain personnel records, manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and update internal databases
• Monitor and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance, overtime and late reports (as applicable)
• Lead recruitment and selection processes by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing relevant documents and organizing and supporting interview procedures as required
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on staff recruitment & selection
• Maintain close communication with staff for payroll related queries
• Support performance management processes of the company
• Develop, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries

• BBA/BBS in Human Resource Management from a reputed university
• PGD in HRM from any reputed Institution

• Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Thorough knowledge on labor law & compliance issues
• Experienced in using any HR software is desirable but not mandatory
• Good communication (verbal and written) skill in both Bangla and English
