- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
- Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
- Record or oversee recording of information to ensure accuracy of documentation to pinpoint production problems.
- Determine employee work efficiency and ways to enhance productivity.
- Capability to follow hourly production and find root cause for output loss.
- Production Break Down, SMV calculation.
- Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc Engineering in Industrial Production/ Mechanical engineering/ Garments Manufacturing
