Job Responsibilities :
  • She/He will prepare monthly & quarterly plan and approved by Manager-YLC.
  • Provide technical support to Youth learners
  • Frequent field visits to ensure activities as per plan and instruction of Manager-YLC
  • Dissemination of information related to the YLC development activities.
  • She/He will be accountable to the Manager-YLC.
  • Monthly report will be produced on attendance, performance of the learners and this
  • will be submitted to the Manager-YLC.
  • Monitoring the progress of activities
  • Assist to youth learner to create suitable environment.
  • Provide feedback and guide to the youth learner for better performance.
  • Have Skill to motivate learners parents and guardians
  • Generate new and innovative ideas among the learners.
  • Develop a good relationship; maintain liaison and advocacy with different government
  • line department, private sector and NGO officials to ensure different services for the
  • learners.
  • Assist the internal and the external team to visit the program as per plan.
  • Support to the external and internal audit/financial visit team.
  • Communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong team building and capacity building skills.
  • Confidence, interpersonal and representational skills and strong facilitation skills.
Educational Requirements :

Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of practical experiences in development activities.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.
  • Experience on used of various type monitoring tools for impact assessment.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
