Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd, a steadily growing Company constructing high quality homes and a recognized leader in the housing industry of Bangladesh is looking for some Interior Designers to undertake works involving designing of interior spaces from conceptual development and liaising with stakeholders to managing and executing the works.
Develop functional, appealing and appropriate Design for the given space.
Comprehend customer requirements and translate into tentative plans.
Consider materials according to budgets.
Research and gather information on material and product sourcing.
Prepare working drawings, designs, plans, models using CAD.
Work closely with CAD operators, contractors, vendors and supervisors.
Keep up to date with developments and changes in the design industry.
Advise top management on issues related to space designing and interior materials.
Educational Requirements :
Minimum graduation in Architecture or Interior Design from reputed Universities/ Institutions.
