  • Human Relief Foundation is a charity set up by the United Kingdom in 1991. For over two decades the Human Relief Foundation has been instrumental in saving lives & relieving suffering in some of the poorest regions of the world. HRF responds to the emergency situations by providing aid to the damaged areas in different parts of the world, and it tries to reduce the major losses caused by these disasters. HRF has been implementing a Multi Sector Assistance for Displaced Rohingya and Host Populations in Cox`s Bazar Bangladesh. The project will be implemented through local partners who have relevant experience and expertise.

  • Objectives of the Internship: The internship with the project will provide an opportunity for recent graduates from reputed universities who are preparing to pursue a career in development fields. The intern is expected to provide support in performing a variety of tasks ensuring high quality and accuracy of work in support
  • of the project and different team activities of HRF in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities :
  • The intern will work in close with the program team on project activities of different
  • interventions.
  • Support program team to review the project documents and prepare a short report.
  • Work with partner NGOs on project activities, reporting, monitoring, assessment etc.
  • Assist the program team to produce different reports.
  • Assist with scheduling internal/external meetings, taking meeting minutes and disseminate among the team.
  • Onsite support during workshops and events.
  • Support administrative aspects of the projects like ensure that activity documents are
  • filed and that important documents are filled.
  • Assist to design and develop communication materials (i.e., printed infographics, one-pagers, flyers, newsletter, banner etc.) to reflect the key messages for distribution to donors, media, stakeholders, and partners through a variety of mediums.
  • If required, travel to project areas and mobilize related stakeholders and beneficiary communities as per the project activities with the active support of relevant project staff.
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Applicant should have completed postgraduate in social science/ development studies / sociology / public administration.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
  • Fresher candidates, people who have prior experience in the development sector will get preference.
  • Language: Excellent knowledge of English and Bangla.
