- Pragati Insurance Limited is a leading Non-Life Insurance Company in Bangladesh. Currently, it is looking for Investment Manager.
- The candidate has to have hands-on experience on Share Trading and capability of analyzing share market trends & the situation of the listed companies.
- Overall management of the secondary market share trading of the Company.
- Conduct the bidding process of IPO/Rights Proceed utilization on behalf of the Company.
- Managing investment/trading portfolios.
- Buying and selling shares/process of Gift/Transfer of shares on behalf of the company.
- Having knowledge of the share market regarding circuit breakers SCP, OCT Markets Margin loan and all directive off BSEC.
- Evaluating trading patterns.
- Analyzing company information and market trend to project the future earnings of the company/ industry and advice management to take decisions accordingly.
- Collect information from consultants, analysts, and brokers.
- Keeping abreast with changes in the financial market with the latest financial news.
- Accurately evaluating financial reports.
- Implementing effective trading strategies.
- Providing regular updates to Company Management regarding the status of their investment portfolio.
- Making changes in strategies based on market conditions upon discussion with the management.
- Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed university/ CA (cc).

- Age at least 30 years
- Candidate should have minimum 05(Five) years practical job experience in relevant field.
