- Supervising overall IT activities
- Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software & hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Installing antivirus protection
- Fixing network faults at user-end
- Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems
- Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems
- Technical support for employees using the network
- Logging customer / employee queries
- Manage existing video Surveillance/CCTV systems
- Mount IP cameras. Configure camera & add to server. Troubleshoot camera problems.
- Configure, maintain & troubleshoot NVR/DVR; Plan & deploy network for video surveillance.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or B.Sc in Computer & Telecommunication Engineering /EEE/ETC from any reputed public/ Private University
