- Need to know how to setup CCTV/IP Camera.
- Ensure customer satisfaction about your services and communication commitment
- Manages and coordinates all IT-related general matters including data, wireless communications, security, and computer hardware and software.
- Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems.
- Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in target time.
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Computer in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
- Any University. but Diploma in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Mandatory
- Training/Trade Course: networking,computer servicing,cctv camera
- Skills Required: CCTV Maintaining, Computer Engineering, Customer Relation, Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support Service, software support
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
