• To implement, configuring and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices (Switch, Router, Next generation firewall) and Responsible for all network devices for DC, NDC and FAR DC.
• Technology Infrastructure Planning, Designing, Deployment & Operations consisting Server (Windows & Non-Windows), Storage, Database, Network, Middleware and Backup.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Assist with the development of the IT infrastructure including the installation of standard computer equipment and distribution of equipment within bank.
• Maintain up to date IT reports and documentation reflecting current computers assets status and network configurations, Domain, and End Point Management system.
• End-User Computing including Technology Service Desk, IT Support & Hardware Support.
• Manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the ICT team.
• Document maintenance/service/operation procedures.
• Maintain a team oriented environment meeting all deadline.
• Others duties as assigned.

• 4-5 years of hands on experience in information technology or in other relevant field.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
• Relevant Professional Certification will be given preferences.
• Strong knowledge with OS specially Windows & Linux, Exchange Server, Domain Controller, Networking with DC, DR.
