Job Responsibilities :
  • • Ensuring training pre & post counselling.
  • • Building Linkage with Local & National Level Private Sector Companies or Industries for on-the-Job training and self-Employment Support Graduates.
  • • Arrange on the Job training for the trainers after they Complete in House skill Trainer in Local Industries
  • • Prepare list of potential Industries.
  • • Select trainees as per employer’s requirements.
  • • Sign contract with the respective enterprises / Industries for skills training.
  • • Prepare training and monitoring plan with the enterprises.
  • • Participate and contribute in the development / update of training materials.
  • • Ensure that logbooks are signed by the Master Craft Person (MCP) and the trainee regularly.
  • • Ensure assessment through RPL (Recognition Prior Learning) under BTEB.
  • • Ensure that trained graduated are employed immediately after completion of training
  • • Ensure timely reporting to the project.
  • • Cooperate with project staffs during their filed monitoring visits.
  • • Ensure that industries are involved in finalize trainee (s).
  • • Ensure MIS/ TMS Data Uploading in Online.
  • • Computer proficiency MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database, e-mail and internet.
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical / Electronics / Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
