Job Placement Officer is the key position of the Job and Business Services (JBS) program under Hope Technical Institute of CSS Education Sector and is responsible for overall coordination and implementation of JBS program activities as per plan.
Ensure clients enrolment from the graduates of HTI, HPI and external TVET institutes.
Arrange necessary job/self-employment related soft skill training activities for the clients.
Ensure job placements of the clients through networking and liaison with employers.
Arrange meetings with employers association, company owners, corporate bodies to build relationship and linkage for job opportunities.
Take imitative for signing MoU with employers for creating new jobs.
Collect and update employee need of target organizations.
Assist in self-employments of the clients by providing necessary business consultation.
Conduct fair labor assessment in target companies, factories & workshops and ensure fair labor condition in the workplace of clients through lobbying and advocacy.
Visit factories, companies, workshops, other TVET institutes as per planning and report accordingly.
Carry-out market assessment to give inputs to Hope Technical Institute.
Keep regular contact with Alumni for local fundraising and job opportunities.
Conduct Quality Scan of JBS program and prepare action plan accordingly.
Assist in donor report preparation for compiling JBS part.
Maintain and update client database on a regular basis.
Attract customers for rent out JBS training center.
Prepare regular program success stories and case studies.
Ensure donor compliances and carry out activities as per donor requirements.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in similar context.
The candidate should know how to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
