- Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM Support Team, Technical Support Dept.
- Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM, Problem Identification, Diagnoses, Resolution.
- Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
- Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
- Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.
Educational Requirements :
- Jr. Asst. Service & Support Engineer Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Relevant field from any reputed Institute
