Responsible to the Hospital Superintendent or any other competent authority for preparing and maintaining patients diet chart as advised by concerned physician, ensuring supply the patient food as per chart in time, testing the food, checking food menu of patients and others, expiry date of spicy & liquid materials, food quality of cafeteria including food staff. The incumbent will maintain registers and records for daily work and report day to day to his/her reporting authority. The incumbent will also be responsible for counseling the patients about diet and performing any other food & nutrition related work or any other tasks as assigned to him/her by Head of the Department.
Educational Requirements :
Masters in Food & Nutrition
Experience Requirements :
At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age 24 to 30 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
At least 01 year working experience at any hospital/clinic.
practical experience in computer operation (MS Word, Excel).
Talk with patient about their food and their expectation
Writing patient's comments/complain about their daily food and take proper step against this.
Preparing food menu of patients and others, checking expiry date of spicy & liquid materials, checking food quality of cafeteria.
To perform any other food & nutrition related works or any other tasks to be assigned to him by Head of the Department.
Counseling with the patients about diet as counselor.
