Job Responsibilities :
  • Carry out day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping of respective branch accounts office.
  • Operation of petty cash and certification of petty expenses for the assigned branch offices.
  • Weekly submission of bill-vouchers and providing of financial report to Account Officer.
  • Assist Account Officer to compile monthly financial report.
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions in the branches.
  • Ensure & verify all daily financial transactions entry through software.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial & accounting rules & regulation as mentioned in following manuals personnel, operational, Bookkeeping & Accounting Manual.
  • Assist ensuring organizational standard accounting procedures are followed for all payments to vendors / partners, advance liquidation etc.
  • Any other tasks requested by the supervisor
Educational Requirements :
  • Master/MBA in Accounting/Finance.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • At least 2 years experience in similar position in an NGO/INGO.
  • Computer skill in MS word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in accounting software is preferable
  • Should be willing to accept challenges and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Should be able to communicate effectively
  • Able to summarize the results or observation
