We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who will play a critical and significant role in the growth of Misfit Technologies Ltd. The Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing business growth strategies, and implementing them. Additionally, the employee must prepare various documents, participate in tenders and manage all stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
Researching the latest in the local and global business industry and creating new opportunities to expand the business.
Conduct ongoing market research.
Driving the end-to-end sales process.
Running outbound & inbound marketing campaigns to create sales opportunities.
Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Developing and presenting proposals customised for each client's specific business needs.
Monitoring project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
Prepare Bangladesh Govt. tender responses and prepare all required documents.
Preparing all types of tenders and EoI. E.g. OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, OTM, LTM, CPTU processes.
Prepare any documents following standards and best practices.
Educational Requirements :
B.Sc. degree in BBA or CSE or a related field. An MBA will be advantageous.
A minimum of two years of working experience with software companies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software - MS Suite, G Suite, Jira, etc.
Attention to detail and organisation skills for honing in on each necessary task.
Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Be proactive and organised and handled work in stressful and uncertain environments.
A solid understanding of the process and experience in preparing various documents to participate in the Bangladesh govt. Tenders (eGP, CPTU, STD).
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong sense of professionalism and etiquette.
