- Digital marketing.
- Customer Relation.
- Market analysis, product evaluation ( both online & physical).
- Managing and updating social media platforms.
- Communication with customers regularly ( over phone, email, etc.).
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and requirements.
- Communicating and coordinating with team members in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Submit Customer feedback report to the management daily basis.
- Others works as advised by supervisor.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed Public/ Private university.

- Age 22 to 30 years
- Fresher's/ Final Year Students are encouraged to apply.
