Job Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka
- Candidate should be young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
- Understand Merchandising Calendar. Plan & execute product development from existing or new suppliers and make sure samples sent to buyer on time meeting specification & requirements.
- Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers required quality.
- Monitoring the sample sent and receives dates to ensure smooth production flow.
- Good knowledge on fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
- Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
- Coordinate with production team for proper & in-time execution of production.
- Build and maintain strong communication with suppliers to get goods on time with proper planning and coordination.
- Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample and bulk production.
- Make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
- Follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments on time.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
- Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the department.
- Ensure smooth merchandising operations.
