- To carry out routine course administration,
- To ensure that the course is delivered effectively
- To plan and implement the design and development of the course syllabus and materials
- To administer ongoing quality assurance

- Ensure the smooth running of the course
- Ensure that booklets/materials and online support are ready when required for teachers of the course
- Deal with questions and problems which arise related to the course
- Work with CBO to create efficient systems to support the course
- Act as a communication channel between the relevant teachers and learners, informing them on course matters, especially dates
- Ensure that the course is being run in accordance with general guidelines
- Liaise closely with Exam Administrator (when required) for the course to ensure the smooth running of the course overall
- Contribute to the moderation process for final course results
- To ensure that the course is delivered effectively
- Ensure that staff teaching the course are clearly informed about what is required of them through inductions and/or individual meetings as appropriate
- Provide ongoing guidance to teachers teaching the course and deal with any questions and problems
- Monitor the progress of the course and provide feedback to teaching staff if required
- To plan and implement the design and development of the course syllabus and materials
- Update/improve booklets, related materials, and online materials on a regular basis
- Collect feedback to identify areas for major improvement and lead the process to seek approval and funding to support any recommended changes
- Oversee the implementation of any approved projects
- To administer ongoing quality assurance
- Collect feedback on the course from students
- Ensure that the course complies with any general requirements
- Deal with any problems identified with respect to course delivery
- Support the quality assurance of other courses within the team by providing constructive feedback on course materials and assessments in the development
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skills in English, Good comunication skill
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Academic coordination, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Education Administration/ Management, Education and Training, IT Training Center
Additional Requirements :
- Age 28 to 50 years
