- We are looking to hire a Sr. Manager, Architect who will Lead the department of interior design team with excellent architectural & interior design skills. Mast have a vast knowledge in interior sector.
- The candidate must have the responsibility of Full projects & team handle capability from the starting part to End part, maximum responsibilities will go to the candidate. Client meeting, Design part, Project execution, Site monitoring this part of job will be his responsibility.
- Expert in presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge about interior design and Furniture is necessary
- Experience in Developments Costing, analysis and budgeting for interior Project
- Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design Company.
- Software knowledge: AutoCad, 3d Studio Max,V-ray/ LUMION, Other 3d Software, Microsoft Office & Graphics Software.
- Client relationship management.
- Target Achievement
- All kind of Concept development & design preparation for interior
- Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
- Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
- Any other task assigns as when required by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in interior design
- Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology & foreign university graduates will get preference
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Additional Requirements :
- Age 30 to 45 years
- IAB membership is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
- Team work with Architect/ Civil and assigned co-worker, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
