M. Phil/ Master's with a 4 -Year Bachelor degree having 4 (four) first divisions /classes/equivalent grades (i.e. 3.50 out of 4.00 grade point). PhD holders should have 3 (three) first classes/ equivalent grades (one from either bachelor or Master). Candidates having foreign degree(s)/ PhD with publications / teaching experience at University level will be given preference.However in case of English, candidate must have at least CGPA of 3.50 on a scale of 4.00 in one of the degrees (Bachelor or Master's) and at least CGPA 3.25on a scale of 4.00 in the other degree (Bachelor or Master's).
