Job Responsibilities :
  • Conduct a relevant cost analysis to determine the existing expenses and give suggestions for future activities.
  • Implementation of Budgetary Control System.
  • Evaluation of Cost-Benefit for each operational process.
  • Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
  • Factory Operational Report (Monthly & ADHOC basis)
  • Ensure regular ERP entry and smooth operation.
  • Setting KPI in each operational sector of factory.
  • Developing and Managing Financial systems / policies.
  • Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision making.
  • Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk.
Educational Requirements :
  • MBA / M.Com (Accounting) from any reputed University.
  • CMA or CA qualified
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Accounts, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 35 years
  • At least 10 years where 2-3 years as a managerial position and direct reported to management.
  • Knowledge of Cost Analysis & Control, Management Reporting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Variance analysis, Internal Controls.
  • Experience working with an ERP system;
  • Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
  • Must have conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as experience working in a financial IT system.
