Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with Departments, Branches and Clients
  • Structured rotations and assignments in various functions and departments
  • A combination of on-the-job training and mentoring by senior leaders in augmenting talents to take on challenging roles
  • Take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the Business
  • Produce management report on market situation, intelligence and analyses
  • Create an achiever team for meeting the global challenge for fighting in the market to sustain with maintaining professional & technical knowledge
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Computer skill

  • Candidates must be at least Graduate from any renowned University
  • Bachelor’s CGPA not less than 3.40
  • Must have excellent communications (Bangla & English), analytical and technological skills
  • Should have orientation to work as a team and Can do attitude
  • Report writing skills
