- The qualified applicant will be responsible for looking after the company`s accounting, financial and operational activities. He will also supervise the overall function of the finance & Accounts Department and company.
- Job Location Dhaka (Baridhara Diplomatic Zone)
- Capable to prepare Financial Statement, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the organization.
- Capacity to handle independently all affairs of accounts department.
- Checking of suppliers and vendors bill, maintain proper ledger and arrange payment systematically.
- Collect and coordinate reports from functional departments and report in timely and effective manner.
- Determine accurate product costing and production cost analysis.
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Enter financial information into appropriate software programs.
- Financial reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as per requirement of management.
- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results and reporting to the management for decision making.
- Inter Company transaction reconciliation, factory transaction follows up.
- Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Manage day to day operations of the existing accounting related job.
- Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.
- Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the accounting function.
- Preparation of income Statement, Balance sheet, cash flow statement.
- Prepare yearly Sales, Revenue and Capital Budget.
- Preparing & posting of accounts receivable & payable.
- Preparing Bank reconciliation, interest calculation.
- Responsible for fund management, investments, banking issue, inventory, Business planning analysis, new project viability analysis, cost control and asset management.
- Salary and Wages sheet check, verification & Finalization.
- Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
- Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax.
- Should have competency on computer-based accounting system & advanced knowledge in Excel and ensure transactions are properly recorded in to software in a timely manner.
- Supervising the internal other accounts team and following up on their daily work.
- To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
- Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Masters/ MBA major in Accounting/ Finance.
- CA/CMA partly qualified.

- Self -motivated, possess excellent written and oral communication Skill and interact with all management and staff levels.
