  • Gulshan Club Limited is looking for young, smart, energetic, motivated, experienced, professional and capable person and must be excellent in English and Bangla. The position is for Manager – Admin and HR to assist us with office administration. The post will be responsible for processing documents, meeting minutes, maintaining databases, and liaising with the various department of Gulshan Club Limited to operate Club operations and activities very smoothly.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Monitoring all services, related activities, and supervising overall operation.
  • Attend various meetings of the Board of Directors and other Committees, taking notes of the proceedings, prepare the draft minutes of the meetings and put up to Secretary in proper time.
  • Drafting event Flyers, Event Description, Club Publications, SMS, and Email etc.
  • Drafting various communications of the President, Chairman and Member in Charges, in Bangla and English, for periodical publications of the Club and editing, scrutinizing the write up(s) of literary contributors.
  • Liaising with the Chair to plan meetings, receiving agenda from Board of Directors and committee members, circulating agendas and reports, taking minutes, circulating approved minutes and checking that agreed actions are carried out.
  • Ensure proper filing & preservation of documents including Members personal files.
  • To maintain a working relation with honorable Members of the Club and look after their needs relating to the Club activities.
  • To assist the Secretary in maintaining proper and smooth functioning of the Club Administration.
  • To guide and supervise the employees of all the sections, look after various sections and administrative activities of the Club.
  • To processing, typing, editing, short hand and formatting reports and documents.
  • Responding to all committee correspondence, maintaining all committee correspondence received and copies of replies sent keeping a record.
  • Preparing a report of the organization's activities for the year, for the Annual General Meeting.
  • Should have strong communications skills in English & Bengali (written & spoken)
  • Having strong command ability to control and monitor the activities of the employees of different shift of the club.
  • Any other duty and responsibility as and when assigned by the Authority.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or internal businesses related studies or any other relevant degree. A Master's degree will hold greater preference.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
  • Excellent Communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Excellent leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
  • Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
  • Energetic team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
