- Must have the sound & professional knowledge & experiences of a large well known Garments factory/Group.
- Responsible for handling Different Social Standards like: BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, Step (Sustainable Textile Production) etc. Some Environmental Standards like: GOTS, OCS and few buyers own requirements.
Educational Requirements :
- M A/MBA from reputed public or Privet University with major in HRM (PGDHRM from BIM will get preference) Experience Requirements.

- Capable to maintain individually garments washing plant.
- 10 year(s) in the related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial position can only apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management
- Ensure all types of disciplinary action as & when required;
- The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Admin as a whole and also run day-to-day related /required operational activities
- Arrange various training session to meet the Admin & compliance requirement.
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
