• Effectively deal and resolve the activities linked with factory administration, compliance, licenses renewal, security management etc.
• Promote healthy labor management practices and resolve labor/CBA issues in consultation with Management.
• Establish strong liaison with all the stakeholders like Law Enforcement Agencies, Labor Office, City Corporation, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Directorate of Environment etc.
• Ensure implementation of fire safety, security, health care and other policies of the company.
• Ensure company's code of conduct, policies and procedures are well understood and maintained appropriately by all employees.
• Conduct Employee Health & Safety awareness programs, Fire Drill and other events periodically.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 related documentation.

• Age at most 45 years
• Strong knowledge in labor law and its applications.
• Should have strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking and willingness to work under pressure.
• Retired defense officer with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Requirements may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
