Green TV is the newest broadcast television in Bangladesh, which is currently in the setup phase and will start broadcasting very soon. Green Multimedia Limited is the parent company of Green TV and focuses on specialized entertainment for the masses. Local and foreign programmes such as fictional series, feature films, television shows, cartoons, and many more will be broadcasted, through own productions as well as procurements. Green TV`s vision is to broadcast the best programmes to entertain males and females of Bangladesh. Viewers of Green TV will feel our country`s rich customs, language, morals, patriotic values, and free and joyful entertainment on-screen. This is a free-to-air satellite channel with a base station in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
Should have prior experience and knowledge to set and evaluate employee performances, also known as the key performance index or KPI.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensations, etc., and resolve issues.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free and friendly workplace.
Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments.
Ability to prepare per employee cost to company, also known as CTC.
Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
Design and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Educational Requirements :
MBA in HRM from reputed public/private university.
Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Excellent communication, Team Leadership
