The KPI manager is responsible for ensuring data is captured, shared, and analyzed; develops metrics to track end-to-end supply chain performance; and works closely with the management information system liaison, leadership team, and other stakeholders.
To develop & implement KPI based performance appraisal system.
Develop reports for key strategic initiatives.
Administer the measurement tools for the KPIs and ensure input data is accurate and timely.
Administer the reporting dashboard to ensure all KPIs results are visually available to the board daily/weekly/monthly
Work with the ERP team for setting KPI & performance appraisal.
Monitor Performance, Record, analyze and distribute statistical information related to KPI Performance.
Work closely with various sections of HR department to ensure Performance KPIs are being measured and are incorporated in the business processes through the org structure and roles while ensuring the KPIs are connected to organizational objectives.
Has to capable of setting KPI for staff & worker level.
Establish KPI department to department for all staff levels.
Closely work with management & interdepartmental head level.
To work with any type of work as per management demand.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection
