Prepare marketing plan and sales pitch to promote the sales of the company.
Discuss with the Apartment Buyers and Land Owners.
Maintain the data base of Apartment Buyers.
Inform and follow up the Apartment Buyers about the company apartments.
Find out suitable land for joint venture development.
Negotiate with the land owners and process the Project for construction.
Coordinate with the other office staffs and work together.
Take different types of initiatives for advertising the apartments.
Prepare strategic plan for social media marketing, promotions and management.
Give proper services to the Apartment buyers and Land owners.
Build up strong Marketing and Sales Department of the company.
Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS), Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at least 30 years
Minimum 5 years working experience in the Developer / Real Estate and relevant field.
Graduation from any discipline; preferably from BSS, BSc, BA, BBA, MBA, Engineering.
Candidates must be Honest, Smart, Good looking, Dynamic, Energetic and Hard working.
Candidates must be able to speak nicely in all situations.
Must be able to write letter and notice in Bengali and English.
Must have good command in using internet and online related marketing software.
Well known about the construction rules and other relevant information of the Government.
Preference will be given to the experienced persons and persons living in Uttara Area.
