    Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. You have to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Prepare and manage employee files and maintain proper secrecy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and Preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Work as company representative with nominated banks and insurance vendors
  • Issue all official letters & Circulate mail and other official announcements
  • Establish a healthy environment by ensuring employee relation
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
  • Skills Required: Employee Relation, HRIS, Labour Law, Management and Leadership, Performance Management System
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
