  • Job Location-Office at Bonosree, Rampura, Dhaka. But for marketing & sales purpose the personnel will have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to bring the new work order.
  • Should be target & result oriented & meet up the sales target monthly basis.
  • Attend weekly & monthly progress meetings.
  • An independent individual with initiative and able to work well under pressure.
  • Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
  • Conducting market research and observe the Competitor strategy to develop own foot-print.
  • Incumbents should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduate or Diploma in MECHANICAL/CIVIL Engineering.
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Experience : 5 - 10 years in relevant field
  • Good knowledge on Marketing/Sales of product and services.
  • Follow up the execution of work order awarded.
  • Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the company to identify business opportunities in the related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good proficiency in both English and Bengali (written and spoken).
  • Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
