- We are seeking an experienced Manager – Commercial & Banking; who is handling all commercial & banking related work for the company.
- Workplace: Work at Head Office (Dhaka-Baridhara)
- Responsible to manage all (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C opens amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.)
- Prepare All Proposals for BTB LC/ TT/ FDD / Cash LC.
- Sound knowledge about LTR & different types of loan scheme in bank and give a comparison report which is best to avail and why?
- Be a company’s representative to the bank and keep update report and delivery to management.
- Must keep report of all types loan and keep inform the management in details like payment, due date, time extension etc.
- All correspondence with different Govt. organization /Office like customs bond, Dedo, DOT, BIDA, VAT, NBR, EPB, DOE etc.
- Regularly monitoring and tracking various stages of all customs formalities.
- Issue all kind of new license such as Bond license, IRC, ERC, Fire license, VAT registration BGMEA, BKMEA, BDYEA membership certificate, BIDA registration, trade license etc.
- Manage renewal and amend of all certificate(Bond license, IRC, ERC, Fire license, VAT registration BGMEA, BKMEA, BDYEA membership certificate, BIDA registration, Trade licenser)
- Regularly check H.S Code for Import raw materials, customs act, import policy etc.
- Must have Experience to face Custom Audit.
- Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for Bond audit.
- Should have ability to handle customs auditing and related issues independently.
- To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with customs on a regular basis.
- Handling Income Tax for the company as well as personal income Tax files for the Managing Director.
- Any Other task Assign by Management
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Banking related work. Income Tax Company & personal.
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Experience Minimum 3 years as Manager.
- Very good analytical skill & Reporting skills.
- Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, email etc.
