Job Responsibilities :
  • Leads the development of corporate reports and communication materials (annual report, directors report, newsletter, press release, success stories, social media post etc).
  • Serves as the coordinator for the development of regular internal reports.
  • Maintains stakeholder relations (mainly ministries, donors, media and partners).
  • Writes proposals for CSR and other funding, and actively searches for opportunities in these areas.
  • Maintains company website in close collaboration with the marketing and service delivery teams.
  • Carries out other assignments as advised by the supervisor or the CEO.
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in English, IR
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Smart presentation Skill, Strong problem solving skill, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Content writing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Donor Relations, Liaison, Project proposal writing, Report Writing
Additional Requirements :
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, English, International Relations or similar subjects from a reputed university.
  • 5-8 years experience in the development sector or in corporate.
  • CSR/communications in the private sector.
  • Hands on experience in writing proposals for grants and donor reports on regular basis.
  • Experience in maintaining strong donor liaison and managing projects.
  • Confident in developing content for publications or website.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Smart presentation Skill.
  • Strong problem solving skill.
  • Time Management skills.
