- Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
- Independently follow-up, monitor, control and responsible for all cutting related activities.
- Proven capability to understand different specification & requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, size set etc.
- Must have good knowledge of knit and woven garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
- Arrange style wise pattern and pattern grading to ensure zero error of cutting.
- Verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
- Reduce fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting quality.
- Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
- Received the Fabrics and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
- Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
- Ensure Numbering are made properly and bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
- Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
- Should have effective controls to eliminate fabric wastage.
- Any others assignment has given by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- HSC/ Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Skills Required: Auto Cutting Machine, CAD, Cad Pattern Master, knit
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cutting Production, Garments Cutting, Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs;
- Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Good in planning and analytical skills
- The applicants should have experience in the area of Knit and Woven Fabrics
- Knowledge in CAD will be given preferable.
