- Monitor, Supervise & control overall Administration.
- Conduct yearly performance Appraisal of employee.
- Regular follow-up every administrative discipline.
- Update HRM Policy and Admin policy on regular basis.
- Perform disciplinary action procedure.
- Ensure personal files are updated.
- Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization.
- Monthly reporting to upper level Management.
- Prepare report as required by management.
- Develop plans and procedure for run proper administrative system.
- Prepare report as required by Management.
- Any other HR and admin related work as required by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Master degree from any discipline
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Minimum (5-6) years’ experience in any reputed organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
