- Ensure quality production and on time shipment as per plan
- Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting plan from planning department
- Sample analysis & check all the SMV for all production
- Ensure require raw materials and accessories stock in the factory for smooth production
- Ensure PCD (Plan Cut Date) and to start cut as per plan
- Monitoring plan VS actual production & take necessary step
- Follow up fabric receives and PP meeting as per plan
- Provides all kinds of guidelines to all Managers /Officers & Line chiefs for ensuring daily production
- Reduce wastage and maximize revenue
- Increase line efficiency and productivity
- Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and coordinate all department to achieve company's business plan;
- To liaise with Merchandising/Marketing team, Textile division as per business need.
- Ensure effective management system & people development for smooth running operation of the factory.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate in IPE/AMT from any reputed university OR
- Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation, Production
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

- Good knowledge in Knit Garments operation with branded Buyer like M & S, C & A, Verner, Celio, S'oliver, Target Australia, TOMMY & etc.
