Job Location: Ad-din Barrister Rafique-ul Huq Hospital, 23/1 Balurmath, postogola, Dhaka
- To manage overall hospital service activities to contribute human health as well as business growth
- To administer organization policies and disciplines
- To ensure organization resources are properly maintained
- To manage team, supervise and control all Departments and Staffs
- To source and recruit people to fill vacancies time to time subject to proper approval from the authority
- To ensure the hospital staffs are clients-friendly and maintain quality of services
- To organize and participate staff meeting/training
- To assist to Medical Director in all administrative functions
- To guide the Finance & Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
- To perform any other task assigned by the management

- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum 3-5 years' experiences as a manager at any hospital
