We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, potential and self-motivated Person for the HR department.
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Setting up organizational and employment beneficial policies & legal compliance.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, I.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Recruitment & Employee Screening.
- Communicating with external partners.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
- Managing with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Arranging training sessions, and team-building events.
- Setting up induction training for new joiners.
- Across all departments, as required
- Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.
- Responding to emails on behalf of the department.
- Arranging the weekly and monthly meetings along with the departments and following up the meeting agendas.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRM
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Wholesale, Importer
Additional Requirements :
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 2-3 Years’ Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
- Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills
- Must be approachable and helpful
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Good ethical judgment
