- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Organize staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/ MBA from any reputed University with good academic results.

- Age 40 to 50 years

- Factory HR Administration, General HR, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
- The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, Planning and time management skills both in Bengali & English.
- Hands on Experience in local laws & rules regulations.
- Should possess excellent people management skills.
- Should possess multitasking ability.
- Strong negotiator & decision maker.
- Experience in different compliance audit facing (e.g.) Accord, Alliance, ISO, WRAP, BSCI & OEKO-Tex.
